Services

ClearWave Washing provides pressure washing, soft washing, roof cleaning, window cleaning, gutter cleaning and related exterior cleaning in Southeast Florida and Berks County, Pennsylvania. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

Quotes and pricing

• Quotes are estimates based on the information provided and visual assessment.
• Final pricing may change if actual conditions differ from what was described.
• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted.

Scheduling and cancellations

• We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Weather may require rescheduling for safety.

Customer responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about the property.
• Ensure access to the areas being cleaned and to a water supply.
• Secure or remove fragile items, pets and belongings from work areas.
• Tell us about known hazards or special conditions.
• Close windows and doors during exterior cleaning.

Payment

• Payment is due on completion unless otherwise arranged.
• We accept cash, check and major credit cards.
• A deposit may be required for larger projects.

Satisfaction guarantee

If you are not satisfied, contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right.

Liability

• We carry liability insurance.
• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, permanent staining, or damage resulting from undisclosed property conditions.
